How to Book?

How and When to Pay?

Final payment is due eight weeks (56 days) prior to the first day of the tour. Before this, your booking is confirmed when we receive your deposit of $300 per person. Your deposit and/or full payment can be made by check or credit card. There is no surcharge to use your credit card.

When should I purchase my air tickets?

We confirm each tour when we have a minimum of four(4) paid particpants. Some tours are possible with less people, but only if we can agree a new price to cover the costs.

When should I arrive?

The first day of the tour starts with us collecting all the participants from the airport. Plan to arrive at the airport identified on 'Day 1' by 10:00am.

Generally the first day will involve travelling to our 'base', which might be up to two hours drive. To get the most out of your tour we will usually schedule something for that first day. Also, please consider that your flight might be delayed. So arriving a day early might be a good idea. We will not be able to collect you from the airport if you arrive early, but we will help you obtain a hotel room on request. This is not included in the tour cost.

If you should arrive late it is unlikely that we will be able to wait for you, in fairness to other tour participants.

I need to cancel

Sometimes things happen and you can't travel as planned. Which is why we highly recommend that all tour participants purchase travel/trip insurance.

Not surprisingly, the further away from the trip that you cancel, the more money you get back. Your confirmation information will clearly show what is refundable and when.

When?	What does it cost me?
More than 90 days	You get your money back, less a $20 service charge. NOTE 1.
57-90 days	We will refund everything you have paid so far, less your deposit. NOTE 1.
29-56 days	We will refund 50% everything you have paid so far. NOTE 1.
0-28 days	No refund.

NOTE 1 -- Anything that we have to prepay that is non-refundable will not be refunded (such as Air Show tickets).

Can I smoke?

Our tour vehicles and hotels are non-smoking. However, if you are away from the vehicle and your fellow participants, and the location allows it, go ahead and indulge.

What type of vehicle do you use?

In the United Kingdom we use rented 12-15 passenger 'people movers' which allow room for us and our luggage. Our groups are never larger than eight participants and two leaders.

Where will we be staying?

This will vary with the tour. Our preferred hotel in the United Kingdom is the Premier Inn chain.

What is included in the tours?

Transportation to/from the airport in the tour country; transportation for the duration of the tour; hotels; breakfast; snacks/soft-drinks/water on the vehicle; extrance to locations listed on the tour.

What is not included in the tours?

Air transportation to/from the country where the tour takes place; lunch; dinner. If it is not listed as included, it is not included. But please ask to make sure.
